Test Engineer

Your role will be to ensure that new developments work as desired by working along with our Core Research Team, and our Frontend and Backend Developers. Main responsibilities
- Analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
- Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, Regression and customized tests for our new research achievements)
- Design and develop automation scripts when needed
- Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
- Provide timely solutions
- Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle
- Provide support and documentation
Desirable skills
- Fluent Hungarian
- 1+ years of experience as a Software Tester or similar role
- Functional test planning and execution
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Problem-solving skills
- Constructive criticism, analytical mindset and high attention to details
- Team player
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
Advantage
- More than 3 years relevant experience
- ISTQB Foundation Level certificate or higher
- Experience with Cypress UI automation tool or similar
- Practical programming knowledge
- Testing tools created to support manual activities
- Test environment maintenance experience
- Experience in testing trading applications
- Agile experience or team leading experience
- Professional English skills
